Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Educate clients, families, and professionals on the benefits of reverse mortgages as a retirement solution
- Generate and manage your own pipeline of clients and referral partners (financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate agents, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with local forward loan officers and CMG branches to uncover opportunities and cross-sell reverse solutions
- Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to close
- Ensure an exceptional client experience through transparency, responsiveness, and trust
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in reverse mortgage originations
- Active NMLS license
- Strong understanding of HECM and proprietary reverse products
- Ability to build and maintain referral relationships
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve financial freedom

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
